The ECAS-32T CNC Swiss type lathe is the "flagship" from Star and represents some of the most modern technology available today.

The ECAS-32T with its 11 CNC axes, offers the customer the opportunity to have in excess of 50 tools in the working area which enable the most complex of components to be manufactured complete in one operation. With its SIEMENS 840DI control and the 3 channel programming system coupled with the proven Star Motion Control software it makes the ECAS-32T perfectly placed to substantially reduce the production time for parts. The machine is further enhanced by the SD Editor software which enables the prove out and simulation of programs prior to downloading them onto the machine. This software greatly reduces set up/ prove out times and also prevents potential tool collisions due to its full simulation package.
