Vote for Manufacturing

MTA President, Bob Hunt, Managing Director of Star Micronics GB Ltd, gave a rousing speech at the MTA dinner on Thursday 18 March. He said that the UK Government has at last acknowledged that MANUFACTURING MATTERS and is key to a balanced economy, alongside finance and services.

UK Manufacturing employs three million people directly, with two million more providing services for manufacturing. With their families, that’s 10 million voters – more than enough to shape the outcome of the next election. Go to VoteManufacturing to join the campaign, sign the petition and influence 10 Downing Street.
