The ECAS 20T sliding head cnc lathe offers optimum performance in the manufacture of medium to complex parts. With its three turret layout this machine offers great reductions in non productive times which enable even the most complex of components to be manufactured at very cost effective prices. 

The three completely independent turrets accept a range of driven tooling to enable gear hobbing, polygon machining, angular drilling, deep hole gun drilling and slotting. Each tool holder is interchangeable with all three turrets.

The ECAS-20T is equipped with the SIEMENS 840DI control and coupled with the proven Star Motion Control software makes the ECAS-20T perfectly placed to substantially reduce the production time for parts. The machine is further enhanced by the SD Editor software which enables the prove out and simulation of programs prior to downloading them onto the machine. This software greatly reduces set up/ prove out times and also prevents potential tool collisions due to its full simulation package
